6 Steps of The PCB Recycling Process

 

Step 1: Waste PCB Crushing and Grinding Equipment
1) PCB crusher machine crush the scrap printed circuit board into 30-50 mesh particles
2) Circuit board Crusher Working principle:
High-speed rotation of the blades in the crushing chamber brings big impact and shear forces to make the materials crush into particle

 

Step 2. Airflow separation
Airflow sorting machine is use of air suspension principle, based on proportion and suspension velocity of different materials, separating the mixed powdery materials into light and heavy two-part sorting equipment.

thus, under the cross-cutting role of the airflow, mainly separated out the fiber powder from the step 1

Step 5. Gravity separator

Step 6. Electrostatic separator.
Also called high-voltage electrostatic separation equipment, which based on the principle of high pressure magnetic field, makes the conductive material and non-conductive material easy to separate.
