Process Description of Waste Refrigerator Recycling Dismantling Production Line
● Manual working parts
1. Extracted refrigerant gas, due to it is harmful, so need the special equipment to extract and store, then send to qualification units for centralized processing.
2. Disassemble and removed compressor
3. Removed heat radiator stainless steel sheet.
4. Removed wire, cable and so on.
● Conveying the refrigerator body to the coarse crusher for the first crushing, crushed to a certain size.
● Then the coarse crushing material sending to the next crusher for the secondary crushing, ensures the metal and nonmetal completely separated after crushing & grinding.
● Separated the magnetic metal by drum-type magnetic separator
● Separated out the plastic, various non-ferrous metal by the eddy current separator
● PU (Polyurethane) foam has fully recycled & packed through the volume reduction compressor, overflow foaming agent will be recycled by the Foam Recycling machine.
● Whole dismantling & recycling process all equipped with pulse dust collector to clean the air, while using the activated carbon attracts and holds dust, discharging the clean air.
